• Payment and payout information needed to process client payments and expert payouts. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; 5HC does not store full card numbers.
• Expert onboarding information, such as business, tax, payout, availability, and profile information needed to support expert participation.

We also collect technical and operational information automatically, including:

• Device, browser, IP address, approximate location, page, referral, and usage information.
• Authentication, security, diagnostic, error, uptime, cron health, and performance logs.
• Cookie or similar technology data needed for authentication, security, preferences, and site operation.

How We Use Information

• Create and manage accounts, authentication, bookings, payments, expert payouts, support, and administrative communications.
• Match clients with experts and coordinate confirmed sessions.

• Monitor reliability, detect errors, verify cron health, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and protect the service.

Service Providers

5HC uses service providers to operate the service. These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide their services to 5HC, subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.

• Stripe processes client payments and supports Stripe Connect Express payouts for experts.
• Cal.com supports calendar availability, booking, rescheduling, and cancellation workflows.
• Resend sends transactional email from the 5HC domain.
• Supabase provides authentication, database, and related backend services.
• Sentry provides error tracking, release diagnostics, and application reliability tooling.
• Cronitor provides cron job and uptime health monitoring.
• Vercel provides hosting, deployment, and related infrastructure.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information:

• With experts, clients, and operational contractors when needed to schedule, deliver, support, or administer a 5HC engagement.
• With the service providers listed above and similar vendors that help us run the service.
