Frequently asked questions
Experts, sessions, scheduling, payments, and privacy.
Who is 5HC for?
5HC is for executives, founders, operators, and their teams working through a live AI decision, workflow, or implementation problem. Bring the actual work; you spend the hour on it with an experienced practitioner.
How is 5HC priced?
Sessions are one hour, booked and paid individually. Each expert's session rate appears on their profile and at checkout.
How are experts selected?
We review each expert's application and operating background before they go live. Then we keep grading: every session an expert delivers is scored against a six-dimension teaching rubric, so experts are evaluated continuously on real client work.
Can a team book more than one expert?
Yes. Colleagues are welcome to join your session, and teams often work with more than one expert. Email info@5hc.ai to coordinate.
What happens after payment?
After checkout, you receive an email confirmation with your session details, and your expert is notified. Your dashboard shows the session status.
How does scheduling work?
Browse the directory by expertise, rate, and availability, then book directly against your expert's live calendar. Sessions are one hour.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session start for a full refund to your original payment method. Inside 24 hours, and for no-shows, the session fee applies. For exceptional circumstances, email info@5hc.ai.
Can sessions be rescheduled?
Both cancelling and rescheduling happen from your dashboard: open your upcoming session and use the Cancel or Reschedule controls next to the meeting details. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session start for a full refund.
My firm has an invoicing arrangement — how does payment work?
Firms with an invoicing arrangement are billed monthly for sessions delivered. Any session paid by card at booking is settled immediately and never appears on a firm invoice.
Who owns the work product from sessions?
You do. Everything created in or from your sessions — documents, code, skills, prompts, and other artifacts — belongs to you outright, and the materials you bring stay yours. 5HC claims no ownership of client work product. Experts retain their general methods and expertise. Full terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
How does 5HC handle privacy and data?
Sessions are confidential by default. With your consent, sessions are transcribed; transcripts are treated as private client material and are used to prepare your future sessions. We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not share your session content outside your organization without your permission.
