Yes. Session packages can be used with any expert in our directory, and up to 3 people can join any session at no additional cost. This makes it easy for a team to share specialized expertise across multiple experts as needs evolve.

After payment, you receive a confirmation email with your session details and a calendar invite. Your chosen expert is notified automatically. For 10-session packages, you can schedule sessions individually as needs arise — no fixed cadence required, valid for 6 months.

Browse our directory by expertise, availability, and rate, then book a time directly. Most experts can accommodate sessions within 48 hours, with some available same-day. Standard sessions are one hour of focused time with your expert.

Sessions cancelled 24 hours or more before the start time are automatically refunded in full to your original payment method. Inside 24 hours, the refund is reviewed with the expert.

Both cancelling and rescheduling happen from your dashboard: open your upcoming session and use the Cancel or Reschedule controls next to the meeting details. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are free of charge.

Firms with an invoicing arrangement are billed monthly for sessions delivered. Any session paid by card at booking is settled immediately and never appears on a firm invoice.

You do. Sessions are confidential, and any artifacts produced — strategy memos, reviews, frameworks, recommendations — are yours to use, share internally, and build on. Experts retain only their general expertise, not the specifics of your business.

All calls are anonymized and your personal information is not shared. Sessions can be recorded with your consent; recordings are provided to you for reference, and you can opt out of recording at any time.
